Morning all, not much to report on from these last few weeks - mainly because I've spent most of it battling a nasty eye infection that tried it's best to work it's way to my brain and end me! Now fully recovered, and with two working eyes again, it's time to get back to work. Most of you will have noticed the lacklustre announcements regarding our favourite Space Vampires earlier this week, and we couldn't help but jump at the chance to do what we do best - offer 3D printed kits to fill options in ranges that currently exist. If you navigate to the new items section, you'll find a couple of winged jump packs all ready to go, along with separate wing sets that can be added to existing models. We're nothing if not thorough.
And don't forget, these are (for the moment) jump packs without any specific ornamentation and so can be used for other chapters too - I can see my Raven Knights taking these on their assault units, at least until their chapter specific jump packs are ready.....
Speaking of Raven Knights, the IP friendly shoulderpads are - mostly thanks to our friends at Hydra Workshop - ready to be added to the webstore later today. Again, these can be used for a number of existing forces, or your homebrewed chapters, (as long as they're bird themed!)
There's also some Raven themed weapons, vehicle parts and heresy bits still on the workbench for fans of the XIX, so stay tuned.
Our new 'character upgrade kits' are also moving along, with the first one being Angry Space Priest : the idea being that for our usual low price you can take any generic plastic model and, with the addition of our character kit, turn it into a unique character model for a fraction of the price you'd otherwise spend. Test prints are ready and will be photographed over the weekend ready for release. As a reminder these kits -along with a large number of our other items - are unique to UKWarforged and not available elsewhere. And not only have we still resisted the urge to raise prices, we're doing a special 'Im still alive!' weekend sale that ends Sunday midnight.....
